Disaster Tech was proudly named a Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Certified Business by the Virginia Department of Veteran Services Program.
The Virginia Values Veterans Program is a "Virginia Department of Veterans Services Program whose mission is to educate and train employers throughout the Commonwealth on the Value of Virginia's Veterans, and to help employers connect with these personnel assets to maximize the productivity of their workforce." (Virginia Department of Veteran Services)
Disaster Tech was founded by Navy Veteran, Sean Griffin, in 2018 and has hired many Veterans, Military Spouses, and Military Dependents over the past 5 years. We are proud to hire those who have served our country and those who have made sacrifices for our country. The unique set of skills the Military community brings to the workforce is invaluable and something we take pride in here at Disaster Tech.

In order to become a Certified V3 Business, you must first enroll in the Program via their online form. V3 then onboards your company through a one-hour class which can be taken either in-person or virtually. This class is made to educate on everything you need to know regarding your membership with V3. From there, you become a Certified Member and able to utilize Virginia Values Veterans Program's services. Some of these services include assistance in reaching your employment & training workforce goals, participating in networking and job fair events, and more.
